Recently I my new Trax would not start. I believed that it was a problem with my battery. I called Oviedo and spoke with Ed Martel. He promised to get back with me as soon as possible. When he called me back he had arranged for Matt Soto (who was on a day off from work) to come to my house with a loaner car and a jump box to start my Trax. He drove my car back to Oviedo and I was able to get to my doctors appointment with the loaner. My Trax was ready for me to pick up later that same day. I definitely felt like a “Priority Customer” that day. Thanks Ed and Matt! 👍
